the following services: Voter registration, absentee voting, Notary
and other important services for all Fairview Heights' residents. Three times per year
the city has a large item pickup. Residents may be placed on a list
by calling at least the week preceding. Call for more information. |

or purchasing, you must have a complete inspection of the dwelling unit
and obtain a certificate of occupancy. This can be done in person at
the Fairview Heights Municipal Complex or call. |

City meetings
are scheduled every month of the year.
1st and 3rd Tuesdays: Council Meeting 7:30 p.m.
1st Thursday after the 1st Tuesday: Public Works Committee Meeting 7 p.m.
2nd Tuesday: Planning Commission 7:30 p.m.
2nd Wednesday: Finance
Committee 7 p.m. (If limited items the meeting may be cancelled and rescheduled
for 6:30 p.m. before a Council Meeting.
3rd Wednesday: Planning
Committee 7 p.m. (with exception when the 3rd Wed is the day after the Planning
Commissions' 2nd Tuesday Meeting).
4th Tuesday: Zoning Board of Appeals 7:30 p.m.
Committee As a Whole and Parks Committees are scheduled whenever necessary.
